Pain au raisin by Maria's Artisan Bakery
When we created the recipe for our pain au raisin pastries we aimed to achieve a morning treat with generous amounts of vanilla patisserie cream spread over flakey deep golden croissant dough and Greek golden raisins soaked in rum in every bite. Our customers say we have been successful in our quest. 

Ingredients: Organic White Flour, Butter, Sugar, Milk, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Golden Raisins, Sea Salt, Yeast
