Pear and Almond Tarts

​These Pear and Almond Tarts are another version of our frangipane tarts with seasonal fruit. Poached pears work well with the frangipane filling of the tart. The addition of crème pâtissière to the frangipane also brings it to another level. The result is a sweet and delicate dessert.  

Ingredients: Organic White Flour, Filtered Water, Vinegar, Butter, Sugar, Milk, Eggs, Almond Meal, Vanilla Extract, Grand Marnier, Sea Salt, Pear
